Our kitchen has one passion, food of high quality, preferably naturally present in Jämtland. They are prepared from the heart, and often with inspiration from other mountainous areas all over the world. To accompany your food, we carry a generous offer of wine, champagne and other noble beverages. Don’t forget to try our own schnappses, that we make in our own distillery!
